Three Simple Effective Ways to Promote Freelace Work

Social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and others have taken off in the past few years becoming a booming place to share and promote articles and achievements an individual makes. The articles that a person spends hours, days or months on is something that they will be proud of and want to share with everyone receiving as much recognition and views as possible.  One simple share on a social media site can cause a friend or family member to share it with their friends, and so on and so forth, continuing the cycle and causing the articles to be viewed by masses. The following are examples of great places to share articles via social media.

Facebook

By sharing with friends, family or strangers met through the Internet on Facebook an article can be sent off to many others. An example of how to do this is by creating a Writer's Fan Page and posting links there or by joining a group that is geared towards sharing articles with other members, much like Publish or Perish!

Twitter

Through the power of followers, articles can be turned around to the masses of the Internet. With one simple tweet to friends articles can be shared on a variety of subjects using one or a couple hash tags. A tweet can be re-tweeted by friends or other followers to their friends and often they are. This simple process of tweeting will show an article to all those who are interested in the article and are following and subscribed to the hash tag(s) used. If currently not subscribed to Twitter, it can be done in a few simple steps which may be found here.

Google+

With the new advances of Google with Google+ articles can be shared with ease and no problem. Many sites have the Google+ button integrated into their site in order to share and promote items with friends and circles. If there is not a + button on the site, Google offers the option to add by logging in and sharing the website manually.

Google+ gives the option to create circles. These circles can be based off interests, friends, family, acquaintances, or as many writers will do, a group of random people. Aside from being able to share the articles with the circles, there is an option to also email members in circles as well. This is a great way to get articles out without having to email each individual person. There are many circles to choose from in Google+ and there are a lot of people who have started using it, so if not signed up yet, it is a good idea to look in to it. Google+ is very user friendly and can be used with ease.

Each of these sites will help to promote articles written by anyone, it is a matter of taking the time to network, share, and promote the articles themselves. An easy way to do this is by setting at least half an hour to one hour of the day aside for this simple task. Each article that is promoted will show benefit from these actions eventually. Remember, networking and building page views can take time but with patience and persistence, it will happen and cause a great amount of success.
