For those of you whom haven't watched yet, Little Fires is a new Hulu series based off the book. I haven't read the book, however as there are many great reviews, I may have to pick it up. Not only do I want to add another book into my reading arsenal, but like many other viewers, I need to know what happens next.
Now that I've finished the little fires series, I have many questions left unanswered. I want to know what happens next for the entire town of Shaker. Where do we go from here? We already know who started the fire... but what happens next?
So I decided that since I'm #stayinghomefornevada I would start binge watching some shows in my free time. We all have a lot of free time as of right now considering a large number of us are unemployed right now due to this Coronavirus, or Covid-19, whichever you want to call it. There is a lot going on right now, and honestly I need to keep myself occupied. Having said that, here is what I'm watching. What are you binge watching right now?
As a fan of horror movies I have to say that I was a little bit on the fence with this series. I was somewhat excited and then again somewhat worried they would ruin the Scream franchise.
After giving the Scream pilot a chance, I can say that I feel really excited about where the series will go from its pilot episode. Not only was I intrigued by the story, but I had to keep watching.
The show did follow a lot of the Scream movies plots and subplots. It has the same mysterious voice on the phone, but with a twist of modern technology with texting and video chats.
Hats off to writers for making the one joke about modern technology and voice command, Siri, is not often that smart. Without giving too much away, let's just say I don't think that Siri is a good idea when an emergency strikes.
I found myself loving the show and I am so excited for the next Scream, Season 1 Episode 2.
Everybody has their favorite shows that they watch on a weekly (or daily) basis. For me, there are a lot of shows I like to watch that all have different genres and feels. As of lately I've found myself watching shows that I wouldn't particularly watch.Thank you partially to +Netflix I've found a few new ones as well. I thought today I would give a shout out to some of my current TV show obsessions.
While some people like to watch football on Superbowl Sunday, I find myself watching the Superbowl commercials. Not that Seahawks and the Patriots aren't interesting, but let's be real....the commercials are more entertaining for non football fans, or those who aren't football savvy.
Below are some of my family's and my favorite Superbowl commercials of 2015. Enjoy!
Edward Herrmann much remembered for his role as the Grandfather on Gilmore Girls has passed away as of December 31st, 2014. What a sad thing to hear. As of late many of my favorite actors are passing away. First it was Robin Williams, which we all prayed was a prank, now it's Edward Herrmann? Life, I do not approve.
